As you may have noticed whilst logged into your Patient Access account for booking online appointments, there has been a new function added for ordering your repeat prescriptions.

This function will list all of your repeat prescriptions. You simply tick your required drugs, along with any message you would like to add and send the request to us.

This will still work in the same way as our other repeat prescription ordering services: Your request will be vetted by the GP and if issued, will be ready for collection within 48 hours. Your prescription will be sent to your usual collection point unless we are otherwise instructed in the additional information box.

For any medications that do not appear on your repeat prescription list, either use the prescription request form on our website as before or contact our automated prescription line on 01389 811845 (open 24 hours a day).

You can of course continue to use our current online prescription request form instead of the new service, should you prefer. It won’t be going anywhere!

If you have any queries regarding this service or would like to register for online appointment booking/repeat prescription ordering via Patient Access, please call our reception on 01389 811844 and we can advise you how to do this.
